The Brief
The client had a home that was perfectly liveable but it just wasn't them anymore. Dated tiles, old cabinetry, tired finishes throughout. The bones of the house were good, but everything on top needed to go. They wanted a full refresh kitchen, laundry, bathroom the works. Modern, clean, and done properly.
What We Did
We came in and stripped things back to where they needed to be, then rebuilt each space from scratch. New flooring, new cabinetry, new tiling, new fixtures everything coordinated so the whole home felt cohesive rather than like a patchwork of separate jobs done by different people at different times.
That's actually one of the biggest advantages of using one team for the whole renovation. When we handle everything, nothing gets lost in translation between trades. The finishes line up, the timeline stays on track, and the client only has to deal with one point of contact the whole way through.
The Details
The kitchen got a complete overhaul new benchtops, new cabinetry, fresh flooring, and recessed downlights that completely changed how bright and open the space felt. The laundry went from an afterthought to a properly functional, well-finished room. The bathroom was gutted and rebuilt new tiles, a frameless shower screen, floating vanity, and modern fixtures that made the space feel twice the size it actually is.
Every room we touched got the same level of attention. No cutting corners on the rooms people don't see as often because the client sees them every single day.
The Result
The transformation was exactly what the client was after. A home that finally felt like theirs fresh, modern, and built to a standard they were proud of. The before and after difference was dramatic, and the feedback we got at handover made it all worth it.
